Swift Presents: Cider Makers Reserve! Cocktail Inspired Ciders!

Swift Cider continues to pave the way with new inventive ciders all the time. This go around, they are bringing out their newest line of cocktail inspired ciders and Belmont Station is your place to try them first. The first two will be on display this night in draft and or cans. But as the year progresses, expect to see a whole rainbow of flavors coming your way!

Swift has been known for their meticulously crafted, fruit forward and complex ciders. These new cocktail inspired ones are no different. The first one, Dark & Stormy, is a winter cocktail cider that is packed with fresh pressed NW apples and fortified with their own brandy. They then add caramelized sugars to add a sweet complexity, while layers of fresh ginger and lime make this cider a lively fireside companion.

MORE ABOUT SWIFT CIDER:

"In 2015, Swift Cider was born in a sublet corner of a wild mushroom distribution warehouse in Portland, Oregon. Founded with limited funds and a massive passion for fermentation, Aidan and Jeremy set out to share craft cider with the world.

Named after Portland’s favorite bird, the company honors diversity by making ciders for the whole flock. Swift has grown from a garage-sized operation to an award-winning craft cidery with the love and support of the local community. We pay it back with incredible flavor and artful fermentation.

The story of Swift is about dedication to the craft of cider making, being scrappy, and never giving up. Over the years, we’ve built our own equipment, pioneered whole fruit cider making, saved heirloom apples, won awards, and supported a growing family of non-profits, artists, musicians, and even the little birds we’re named after! We’ve also stayed late, pinched pennies, worked unpaid, pivoted, rebranded, and wondered if it would all work out. Only true passion lasts this long."
