Dwinell Country Ales Tasting

We are kicking off October with a special tasting from our friends at Dwinell Country Ales.

Located in Goldendale Washington, these folks are making some exceptional complex beers that defy style categorization. Justin Leigh, co-owner of Dwinell, is blending, re-fermenting and experimenting with his saison-inspired beers. All of which boast the dry, acidic, complex flavors produced by cultures such as domesticated and wild saccharomyces and brettanomyces. He is also making some of the best ciders on the market that are wild-fermented and pétillant naturel, or pét-nat meaning naturally sparkling.

Come down and join us on Thursday October 5th from 4pm-7pm for your chance to try a select handful of these beers and ciders in the bottle shop. Along with the tasting in the shop, we will also have a few options on draft.

AVAILABLE ON DRAFT:

Mellow Gold - Amarillo-centric IPA

Old Vine - Saison w/ Pinot Gris, Muscat, and Honey

Almira - French-style that features robust apple flavors while still finishing dry
