This follows a recent story that showed a simple lack of attention is responsible for most accidents. Maybe they should install a cellphonalizer instead.
Nothing quite compares to the sheer joy of blazing down the highway with a fresh belly-full of wine. I would never have driven drunk if it weren't so fun. Next they'll we outlawing sniffing glue. Joking aside, there were times when I, and my neighbors probably would have been better off if my car had never started, I seem to remember a loud bang and a telelphone pole, it's all so hazy. But that was in my wayward youth, and I'm sure most people have always been more consciencious than I.
